The location was convenient. Everything I needed was accessible.
My Quadruple Room faced a noisy street. Sleep was difficult despite closing the window. The minibar was not restocked , inconvenient.

The room was super clean. It was bigger than expected. The staff were helpful. Ana was helpful. The hotel is centrally situated. Every nearby street leads to historical places.
The breakfast buffet had limited options. Some items ran out before the scheduled end time.

The breakfast had great variety and quality. Cocktails at the rooftop bar were great. The breakfast staff was kind and attentive, and made my birthday special with a tiramisu and a candle!!!
